Jim Fanucchi

Jim Fanucchi has managed the investor relations programs for micro- to large-cap companies as an investor relations consultant, focusing primarily in the technology area, for more than 20 years. He has been associated with Darrow Associates since 2013. Mr. Fanucchi’s investor relations experience includes guiding companies through their initial public offering, advising management on communications matters during mergers and acquisitions, and acting as the day-to-day IR lead for several growth companies. Before initiating his career as an investor relations consultant, Mr. Fanucchi worked nearly 10 years in various levels of corporate management.

In November 2017, Oclaro (Nasdaq: OCLR), a company where Mr. Fanucchi managed the investor relations program for more than a decade, was voted by investors and analysts as the Best Investor Relations Program in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications category by Institutional Investor magazine in their 2018 All America Executive Team rankings. Nearly 160 investor and analysts participated in the voting.

Mr. Fanucchi received his B.A. from San Jose State University, and M.B.A., graduating with Beta Gamma Sigma honors, from San Francisco State University. He previously earned the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
