Amy Glynn

Amy Glynn is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in investor relations and the capital markets. Prior to moving to the buy-side in 2025, Amy served as an IR practitioner at Darrow Associates and was Assistant Vice President of IR for Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC), a Fortune 500 financial services company undergoing a multi-year strategic realignment under a new leadership team. Prior to Lincoln, Amy served as Vice President of IR for Nielsen Holdings, the global leader in media measurement, where in addition to building and executing all aspects of the IR strategy, she played an integral role in managing critical communications around a multi-year strategic review, the entrant of a well-known activist shareholder, the spin-to-sale of Nielsen Global Connect ($2.7B sale price) to private equity, and the subsequent publicly contested sale of Nielsen Holdings ($16B sale price) to private equity.
Earlier in her career, she worked at various investor relations agencies, including the Financial Relations Board, the largest independent IR agency in the country at the time, Cameron Associates, a small and micro-cap focused agency and The Ruth Group, which specialized in healthcare. Amy began her career at SG Cowen Asset Management as a buy-side equity analyst and later served as an industry analyst at S&P Equity Research with a focus on consumer goods.
She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
