Jordan M. Darrow

Jordan M. Darrow is a career investor relations practitioner with over 17 years of experience. Drawing on his career in counseling and as a corporate executive, Mr. Darrow assists publicly-traded companies with their efforts to increase awareness among investment community, media and trade industry constituencies, as well as developing and implementing productive communications strategies among the Company’s workforce and customer base.

Mr. Darrow served for over four years as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for PRIMUS Telecommunications Group, Incorporated. He had previously served as a consultant to PRIMUS. While at PRIMUS and among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Darrow contributed to the global telecommunications company’s 2003 award for Best Business Turnaround presented in the first American Business Awards (“Stevies”) competition.

Mr. Darrow began his investor relations career with Taylor Rafferty Associates, Inc., the leading cross-border IR firm. Based in New York, the firm assisted a clientele of blue chip foreign corporations in their efforts to access the US capital markets. Following TRA, Mr. Darrow rounded out his professional skills by joining The Financial Relations Board, Inc. (FRB), the largest independent IR firm in the country. At FRB, now known as FRB/Weber Shandwick, he provided IR counsel to small- and medium-sized domestic companies, as well as led the firm’s East Coast Telecommunications and Multi-industry Market Intelligence practice.

During his tenure with FRB, Mr. Darrow distinguished himself by receiving accolades from industry peers. In 1996, he won the prestigious Creativity in Public Relations Awards (CIPRA) competition for the Best Investor Relations Program for an Initial Public Offering. The following year, he received FRB’ s Pacesetter of the Year Award, which is awarded in recognition of the agency’s and industry’s top professional work.  Mr. Darrow has been quoted in numerous financial, trade and IR industry publications, and has spoken on business radio programs and given talks on investment community topics for over 10 years.

Mr. Darrow earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics with a minor concentration in Business Communications from the State University of New York. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), and a member of NIRI’s New York chapter. Among his volunteer work and philanthropic endeavors, Mr. Darrow is a co-Founder and President of LI Invest, Inc. (www.liinvest.org), a not-for-profit organization established to promote investment into Long Island.  Leveraging IR tactics and relationships, LI Invest is the first independent organization to conduct investor conference to showcase publicly-traded companies with headquarters or which have economic or other interests on Long Island, New York.  In addition, Mr. Darrow, now a Long Island resident, is a past Executive Board Member and Treasurer of the Manhattan Special Olympics and a member of the Wildlife Conservatory Fund.

Chris Witty

Chris Witty brings nearly 15 years of capital markets, corporate finance and investor relations experience to Darrow Associates, with a concentration of work in the energy, industrial and automotive industries. Before representing companies in these sectors through a professional investor relations agency, he was Assistant Treasurer at Star Gas Partners (NYSE: SGU), where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, investor relations and various treasury functions. Prior to that, he was an equity research analyst at Lazard Freres & Co. as part of the Industrials team and has also done research on the alternative energy and automotive at UBS Warburg and Goldman Sachs. In addition, he has held senior roles in finance, strategy, M&A and business development at General Motors/Delphi Automotive.

Mr. Witty received a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden Graduate Business School, University of Virginia.

Jim Fanucchi

Jim Fanucchi has managed the day-to-day investor relations for micro- to large-cap companies as an investor relations consultant, focusing primarily in the technology area, for close to 20 years and became affiliated with Darrow Associates in 2013. His IR experience includes guiding companies through their initial public offering, working with debt ratings agencies through the ratings review process and acting as the day-to-day IR lead for several companies. Before initiating his career as an investor relations agency professional, Mr. Fanucchi worked nearly 10 years in corporate management.

Mr. Fanucchi currently holds the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Series 7 and Series 63 certifications. He is also a member of the National Investor Relations Institute. He received his B.A. from San Jose State University, and M.B.A., graduating with Beta Gamma Sigma honors, from San Francisco State University.

Peter Seltzberg

Peter Seltzberg joined Darrow Associates as Managing Director in September 2014. He brings 15 years of experience managing and executing financial communications programs and has built one of the strongest and deepest institutional contact networks found in our industry today. This unique contact network within the small and micro cap investment management community, along with his creativity, strategic insights, and tireless work ethic, have earned him an outstanding reputation among his clients and peers.

After spending the early part of his career with top Wall Street firms such as JP Morgan Securities and Investments, Equitable Life, Alliance Funds, and Value Line Investment Management, Mr. Seltzberg transitioned to the investor relations side of the business. An IR practitioner since 1998, he spent significant time at The Carson Group, now part of Thomson Financial/NASDAQ, and later moved to The Financial Relations Board, then the largest independent IR firm in the country (where he assumed the East Coast Telecommunications and Multi-industry Market Intelligence practice from Jordan Darrow, who ultimately launched Darrow Associates). Prior to joining Darrow Associates, Mr. Seltzberg was a Partner at HaydenIR, where he spent nearly a decade managing client programs. He has extensive experience in a diverse range of sectors, including industrials, energy, technology, and consumer.

Mr. Seltzberg has coordinated and executed hundreds of days of investor meetings, and has written countless press releases, earnings conference call scripts, and other investor-facing collateral materials for his clients. He earned a BBA at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and an MBA from Fordham University while working full-time, both with Finance concentrations, and has completed coursework at Dale Carnegie.

Bernard J. Kilkelly

Bernie Kilkelly is a senior investor relations practitioner with over 25 years of experience in designing and running successful IR programs to help companies build shareholder value.  His background includes serving as head of investor relations for three public companies in the financial services sector, including Delphi Financial Group, Inc. from 2001 until its acquisition in 2012 by Tokio Marine Group at a 76% premium to its stock price.  In addition to serving as a corporate investor relations officer, Mr. Kilkelly has worked at leading investor relations and financial/public relations agencies in New York, including Morgen-Walke Associates, Makovsky & Co. and Robinson Lerer & Montgomery.  He advised clients in a wide variety of industries including technology, health care, retail, consumer products, financial services, energy and environmental services.  He has deep experience in crisis communications and transactional communications, including IPOs, M&A, proxy fights and secondary equity and debt offerings.

Mr. Kilkelly is a recognized leader in the investor relations community and has served as a director of the New York Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 2007.  He was NIRI-NY Chapter President in 2012 and is currently serving as Vice President-Communications, responsible for the chapter’s website, newsletter and social media.  Mr. Kilkelly was a member of the NIRI Annual Conference Committee in 2009 and 2013.  He is a frequent speaker and panelist on investor relations and crisis communications topics at programs held by NIRI and other organizations, including Bulldog Reporter, Business Wire and CFO Roundtable.   Mr. Kilkelly received an MBA in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and a BA in English from The College of the Holy Cross.

Tad Gage

Tad Gage has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of investor relations, shareholder outreach and analysis, media relations, financial and business communications, proxy- and shareholder activist-related situations, public offerings, crisis communications, and C-level strategic planning. He has served as a senior communications consultant and strategist for more than 80 corporations in a variety of service, industrial, and technology sectors. He is a recognized expert in the banking and financial services area, and an expert in the field of Socially Responsible Investing (SRI).

Prior to joining Darrow Associates, Mr. Gage co-founded and was Executive Vice President of the investor relations firm Capital Insight Partners, which in 2012 joined with Ambassador Financial Group, a community bank-focused investment advisory firm, where he served as a managing director. Mr. Gage's experience also includes serving as Manager of Financial Communications for Santa Fe Pacific Corp. and Santa Fe Railway, and Senior Vice President at the Financial Relations Board, then the largest independent investor relations agency in the world.

Mr. Gage has received numerous awards and recognition for business journalism and corporate communications. He has led best-practice initiatives in business communications, investor relations and public company reporting. In addition, Mr. Gage has participated in numerous forums, conferences and webinars on communications and shareholder issues.

Mr. Gage received bachelor's and master's degrees in journalism from Northwestern University. His early career included serving as senior contributing editor on banking, finance and treasury management for Corporate Cashflow magazine, and as business reporter for the New York Times and Advertising Age magazine. His media experience has played a key role in helping clients obtain positive nationwide coverage, including a trend-setting campaign for one of the first SRI money funds, eventually named best in category by the leading investment rating organization.

David Allen

David Allen has over 20 years of investor relations experience with NYSE- and NASDAQ-listed technology companies focused on driving shareholder value through proactive two-way communications between the investment community and corporate executive teams. David's ability to communicate a company's business drivers to Wall Street and to gauge investor perceptions enables executive teams and their board of directors to fine-tune their communications and attract and retain an optimal shareholder base.

Drawing upon a broad financial management experience as a former CFO, treasurer, and head of FP&A and Investor Relations functions with strong analytical and communication skills, David has established and headed up the pre and post IPO IR function, managed IPO and analyst day events, coordinated and participated in NDRs, significantly expanded sell-side coverage, and implemented successful buy-side targeting programs for multiple companies. David's capital market track record also includes raising debt and equity under a variety of corporate and market conditions for small-cap, mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies.

David earned an MBA degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA degree in Economics from Binghamton University. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), Association of Financial Professionals (AFP), Rotary International and Chair of Silicon Valley NIRI's Networking Industry IRO group.

Alison Ziegler

Alison Ziegler has 25 years of Wall Street experience, having worked on the buy-side as a research analyst as well as for leading small cap oriented investor relations firms. Prior to Darrow Associates, Alison spent 18 years with two IR practices in New York, including the Financial Relations Board (FRB) as that firm rose to become the largest independent IR firm in the country. She has expertly managed client relationships and advised senior management in all aspects of financial communications. Earlier, Alison spent seven years with J. & W. Seligman, an investment management company, as an equity analyst and assistant portfolio manager, and a year with Train Smith Counsel.

She holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Lafayette College and a M.B.A in Finance from Fordham University. Alison is a member of the national and local chapters of the National Institute of Investor Relations (NIRI).

Matt Kreps

Matt Kreps is a veteran small and micro-cap investor relations professional who joined Darrow Associates in 2016 to strengthen the firm's operations in Texas and the Midwest. He specializes in strategic investor relations for special situation, turnaround and niche companies, as well as underfollowed companies. Mr. Kreps and Jordan Darrow have known each other since collaborating in 2007, when Mr. Kreps led a sole practitioner IR firm in Texas.  Prior to Darrow Associates, Mr. Kreps was a Managing Director at Shelton Group, a Texas-based IR firm specializing in technology companies, and a Director at Halliburton Investor Relations, an agency specializing in small-cap IR for industrial, technology and medical companies.  

Mr. Kreps has an extensive financial communications and investor relations background spanning nearly 20 years, as well as experience across the capital markets ranging from listings and capital raises to proxy solicitation. In addition to domestic listings, he has led successful IR programs for multiple ADR listings from both Europe and Asia. The combination of his diverse industry experience and extensive relationships enables Kreps to achieve measurable results and serve as a value-added member of his clients' strategic IR team.

As a senior advisor, he has worked with a diverse range of companies seeking access to the U.S. financial markets, as well as handled multiple new listings, acquisitions, activist campaigns and capital raises on behalf of clients. Mr. Kreps began his career in Kansas City developing national marketing communications campaigns for diverse clients including Piper Jaffray, Universal Underwriters Group, Block Financial Services, Time Warner Cable and Pivot International, plus a number of local and regional businesses in a range of industries. 

Mr. Kreps holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he graduated with highest honors.

Ted Moreau, Jr.

Ted Moreau joined Darrow Associates in 2017 as the basis for the firm's expansion into the Midwest region.  A sell-side research and capital markets veteran, Mr. Moreau brings nearly two decades of Wall Street experience to Darrow Associates, primarily as an equity research analyst covering the technology and industrial technology growth sectors, including specialization in the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, communications/optical equipment, networking, data center and Internet-of-Things (IoT) verticals.

Mr. Moreau's previous employment on the sell-side included tenures with Barrington Research, KCG/Knight Capital, and WJB Capital.  In these roles he built out and led coverage of companies in the communications equipment, optical communications, semiconductor, and semiconductor capital equipment industries within the technology sector.  In 2010, he was nominated as an up and coming analyst in Institutional Investor magazine.  Most recently, Mr. Moreau founded Terrace Research, an equity research consulting business for buy-side client accounts concentrating on companies exposed to optical communications, the data center and IoT. 

Through his sell-side and buy-side research activities, Mr. Moreau has been actively engaged in targeting of and marketing to qualified institutional investors for covered companies and in the arrangement of roadshows for public issuers as part of secondary market trading as well as IPO and follow-on offerings.

Prior to transitioning to the capital markets, Mr. Moreau began his corporate career with Artesyn Technologies where he performed market analysis and contributed to business and M&A strategy development.  Mr. Moreau earned a BBA in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He has obtained the FINRA Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 securities certifications.

Tracy Wagner

Prior to Darrow Associates, Tracy Wagner worked for nearly 15 years in the securities business.  She started her career at Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley) and elevated in stature until being recruited by the securities division of New York Life Insurance Company.  At NYLIFE Securities, Ms. Wagner was involved with various supervisory activities pertaining to the marketing and sales of registered securities and mutual funds.  Proficient in substantial National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) regulations, she obtained several securities licenses, including the Series 7, 24 and 63.

Paul Donofrio

Mr. Donofrio has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in both financial and operational positions for primarily publicly traded companies, and is currently Chief Financial Officer of Innovative Stone.  A financial expert, he has raised significant amounts of capital from large corporate, institutional, venture capitalist, angel and high net worth individual investors through initial and secondary public offerings as well as private placements.

Beginning his career at Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN), Mr. Donofrio became Chief Financial Officer and, later, assumed the additional role of Chief Operating Officer of Microwave Power Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: MPDI) until arranging its acquisition by LM Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERICY) of Sweden.  He later served in executive level positions for a variety of technology and defense-related companies, including DHB Industries Inc. (AMEX: DHB), as Chief Executive Officer of Andrea Electronics Corp. (AMEX: AND), Chiliad, Inc. and Telemonde, Inc. (OTCBB: TLMD).

Mr Donofrio earned a Masters degree in economics from Brown University after graduating with a Bachelors of Science in public accounting from Clarkson University.

Brad Gevurtz

Brad Gevurtz is a Managing Director and the Head of Investment Banking for D.A. Davidson & Co. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee as well as its Public Equity and Private Placement Commitment Committees. Prior to Davidson, Mr. Gevurtz headed the Technology & Telecom Investment Banking Group at KeyBanc/McDonald Investments, where he was responsible for running the group on a national basis. Before joining KeyBanc/McDonald, he was a senior banker at Broadview International and at JP Morgan Chase.

With significant experience in M&A, private placements, and public offerings, Mr. Gevurtz has worked with clients such as Alltel, AT&T, Computer Associates, Comsat, GE, IBM, Sterling Commerce, Verizon, and Xerox. He is a former board member of Thinking Machines Corporation and a former member of the valuation committee of OVP Venture Partners.

Mr. Gevurtz has a B.A. with Distinction in Economics from Pomona College, a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, and an M.B.A. with Honors in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University, where he was elected President of the top academic honor society.

Robert Gange

Mr. Gange has more than 20 years of executive level experience in the technology sector, with significant time focused on the semiconductor market.  Prior to joining Darrow Associates, Mr. Gange was most recently the CFO of Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Company (AMEC).  Mr Gange also served as CFO with Active Semiconductor; both CFO, and eventually CEO, at ASAT Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq: ASTT); CFO of General Semiconductor, Inc. (NYSE: SEM): and Vice President and Controller of General Instruments (NYSE: GIC).   With undergraduate and MBA degrees, Mr. Gange also completed Executive MBA classes in Marketing and Operations at Harvard University.

Michael Lane

Michael Lane’s career spans nearly 30 years in financial services, during which time he has held senior executive positions in firms ranging from information technology and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions at early stage venture capital-backed companies to large publicly traded enterprises. He brings to Darrow Associates strong operational, managerial, sales, marketing, and consultative expertise, from companies such as Accenture, Chase, Bottomline Technologies, Pegaystems, and Fiserv.

He was most recently the President of Transactis until March 2013. As an entrepreneur and C-suite executive at several private companies, his accomplishments include significant sales growth and market awareness campaigns, product development leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and successful capital raises totaling nearly $60 million in aggregate from leading public companies and venture capital firms. Mr. Lane earned a BA degree from UCLA and received an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mark I. Wagner, Ph.D.

A respected scientist with a career that has spanned high technology research for development of products from initiation through post-commercialization, Dr. Wagner has worked in the fields of microelectronics, MEMS, optical components, biomedical devices, and electronic/optical materials.  During his career he has worked with individuals in both industrial (Intel, Micron, Sony, Samsung, Molecular Imprints, Lam Research, IBM, International Sematech, Albany NanoTech,  IMEC) and academic (University of Texas, Lawrence Berkeley Labs, Cornell, University of Arizona, University of Wisconsin, UNC-Chapel Hill) settings where leading edge work in nanotechnology was taking place

As an author of ten patents and nine peer-reviewed papers, Dr. Wagner is a recognized industry authority.  The patents relate to materials sciences with applications including microelectronic processes, polymer formation, and photoresist chemistry.

Dr. Wagner received a scholarship for the Research Experience for Undergraduates program at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, near his home town.  Thereafter, he obtained a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Virginia.  At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he was awarded his Ph.D. in Organic and Organometallic Chemistry. 

Derek B. Wittenberg

Mr. Wittenberg is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Ion Partners LLC. He focuses on a variety of sectors of technology and telecom, particularly software, telecom services, and telecom equipment. Mr. Wittenberg is actively involved in both developing new business for the firm as well as executing transactions.

Mr. Wittenberg is experienced in IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, private placements, and restructuring advisory. Mr. Wittenberg’s expertise includes enterprise software, system software, voice and data service providers, and telecom infrastructure. He has completed transactions for emerging companies such as ReserveAmerica, Printcafe Software, Metro Xmit, Indigo, and Fiber Network Solutions as well as Fortune 500 clients such as Alltel, Computer Associates, US West (acquired by Qwest) and Air Touch Wireless (formerly PacTel Wireless, now part of Verizon Wireless).

Prior to co-founding Ion Partners, Mr. Wittenberg was a Senior Vice President in the Technology & Telecom Investment Banking Group of KeyBanc/McDonald Investments where he focused on software, IT services and telecom. Prior to joining KeyBanc/McDonald in 2000, he was a Principal at Technology Partners LLC, an investment bank providing investment banking services to e-commerce and software companies. Mr. Wittenberg began his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers in 1992, where he was an Associate in the telecom and technology groups.

Mr. Wittenberg earned his B.A. in Economics from Amherst College. Mr. Wittenberg graduated from the Yale School of Management with a Masters in Public and Private Management (M.P.P.M.), focusing on Finance and Strategy. He is an active member of the Evaluation Committee for the Yale SOM/Goldman Sachs Foundation Partnership for Non-Profit Ventures.
